After the killing spree in Hamburg, the authorities have announced the current status of the investigation. The sad realization: the police could have intervened before the crime if they hadn’t overlooked Philipp F.’s book.

Interior Senator Andy Grote did not want to talk about omissions at the beginning of the press conference. He opened it by thanking the police and firefighters who saved many lives last Thursday evening.
