Jackson is the NFL’s most valuable player for the second time

Lamar Jackson hasn’t made it to the Super Bowl yet, but he did win an important award shortly before the most important game of the season. As one of only a few for the second time.
At the ceremony in Las Vegas three days before the Super Bowl, the quarterback was recognized for his outstanding performances that led the Ravens to the finals of the American Football Conference.
In the semifinals on the way to the Super Bowl, the team was defeated by defending champion Kansas City Chiefs. Jackson was voted MVP for the first time in 2019. He is only the eleventh player in NFL history to win the title for the second time.
