A first-class passenger has been dragged from an American Airlines plane by police in the United States. The passenger is said to have asked for a drink before departure, but was refused. When he was asked to get off the plane, the situation escalated.

A first-class passenger has been thrown off a plane in the United States after an apparent argument over a drink before departure. According to a clip that has gone viral on social media, the man sitting on an American Airlines plane is having a discussion with police officers who have been alerted.

What exactly happened before that is not known. The flight crew and the pilot are said to have asked the man to leave the plane. However, he apparently refused, and the officials were called for help. In the video, the passenger asserts that he did nothing wrong. He simply went into the galley and asked the flight attendants for a pre-departure drink, then went back to his seat. The passenger sitting behind him disagrees, saying he has become “aggressive”. During the discussion, the police officer also accuses him of arguing with the flight attendants.

American Airlines: Passenger refuses to disembark plane

Because the man continues to be unreasonable, the officials begin to take his hand luggage off the plane and request assistance. While the passenger is discussing with the emergency services and keeps asking what crime he is accused of, the passengers become impatient: “Get off the plane,” demands the man sitting in the row behind him. another says. “It doesn’t matter. You were kicked out. Now go!”

When the troublemaker starts filming with his cell phone, one of the bystanders knocks the cell phone out of his hand. “Hey, don’t do that to my phone. They stole my cell phone!” Finally, one of the officers unpacks the handcuffs. “Give me my cell phone,” the man demands. “I’m allowed to record, so give me my phone.” Then the men become violent, trying to pull the man out of his seat. He puts on a tearful tone, whines: “Stop, stop”. Then he storms out of the plane, losing his sneakers. Outside, officers push him against the wall of the passenger boarding bridge and take him to the ground to handcuff him. During the entire procedure, the man squirms, seems to howl and calls out: “I’m not doing anything” and “Oh my God”. Then the clip stops.

In the social networks, the man earns a lot of ridicule for his appearance. “Seriously, I have no idea why these people keep trying to keep arguing when the police show up,” it says. Or: “If you behave like this, everyone on the plane will hate you.”

According to various US media, the drink is said to have been a gin and tonic.
