Police officer refutes Amber Heard’s allegations: “Red, tear-stained face, but no signs of violence”

A late-night argument between Amber Heard and Johnny Depp tipped the scales in May 2016: Heard filed for divorce after accusing Depp of throwing a cellphone at her. But there were no signs of physical violence, a police officer said in court.
That night is said to have been the deciding factor for the marriage at the time: In May 2016, the police were called to the penthouse of Amber Heard and Johnny Depp in Los Angeles, Heard accused her then-husband of physical assault. Heard claimed at the time that Depp threw a cell phone in her face. The actress then filed for divorce and obtained a restraining order against Depp.
Tyler Hadden testified in court. The police officer was called to the couple’s penthouse after Depp’s alleged attack on Heard in May 2016, and his bodycam footage was shown in the courtroom. To see on the recordings: When the officers arrive, Depp is no longer in the penthouse, a strange man opens the door for the police officers. In the apartment, Amber Heard is sitting on a sofa, she answers the question of the officials in the affirmative if she is fine.

In his statement, Tyler Hadden stated that he saw no evidence of Heard’s injuries and an altercation in the penthouse. Heard’s face was red and cried. “Just because I see a woman with pink cheeks and pink eyes doesn’t mean anything happened,” said Hadden, who stressed that Heard was very reluctant to speak to officers.
Hadden’s impressions were reinforced by an employee who worked in the building where Depp’s penthouse was located. He saw the actress a few days later and also saw no signs of injuries or bruises on her face.
