‘In the Fire’ is what Amber Heard’s new film is about

“In the Fire” is set in 1899. Amber Heard plays an American psychiatrist who is called to a farm in Colombia. There she is supposed to treat a boy. He is accused of being possessed by the devil and of being responsible for all the negative happenings in the village. The doctor clashes with a priest and a battle ensues between science and religion.

A regular theatrical release of the American-Italian co-production is not yet known. It is also still unclear whether “In the Fire” will come to Germany.

Start of a comeback?

According to Deadline, Amber Heard’s new film marks the start of a comeback. She wants to focus on her acting career again after the trial. Hollywood recently turned its back on Heard. The next premiere of a film by Amber Heard is scheduled for the end of this year. The blockbuster sequel Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom launches in December. It is not yet known whether Heard will promote the film. In the process, she claimed that her role had been massively cut.
