Amanda Bynes’ guardianship will end, according to the latest court filings. Accordingly, the judge currently sees no more reasons for this.

The guardianship of Amanda Bynes (35) will probably end. The actress had filed a corresponding application in court almost a month ago. She was under the guardianship of her parents for about nine years because of psychological problems.

Now, according to court documents, which should be available to the US magazine “People”.that the judge made a preliminary decision on Monday. Accordingly, the court found “that guardianship is no longer required and that the reasons for establishing guardianship no longer exist”.

Official termination already on Tuesday?

The judge is expected to formally end guardianship at a hearing on Tuesday. Bynes’ parents are also said to have supported the application.

The actress, known from “Hairspray” or “Easy to Have”, was noticed in 2013 by unusual behavior. Among other things, she had started a small fire in a driveway. She was then placed in a psychiatric clinic, and her mother took over guardianship.

Similar case: Britney Spears

The story of Britney Spears’ (40) guardianship was similar. After a mental breakdown in public, she was placed under guardianship for 13 years, mostly by her father – though he fought to keep her up. It was finally lifted in November last year.
