Alpamare area: police break up illegal rave party – Bavaria

An area that has been vacant for a long time sometimes attracts uninvited visitors. This also applies to the site of the former “Alpamare” fun pool in Bad Tölz, which was closed in 2015. A “rave party” illegally took place there on Friday evening, according to the police. The celebration was advertised in advance on social media and tickets were even offered for sale online. In addition, it was found that the party was not registered with the responsible authorities.

When the Tölz police checked the area on Ludwigstrasse at around 9.30 p.m., they found that the party announced virtually was actually increasing, around 30 guests had already arrived at the time. The organizer could not produce any permits, which is why the celebration was prohibited. Proceedings for an administrative offense and a fine are now awaiting him. The police officers also found drugs when checking the guests. Criminal proceedings were therefore initiated against three visitors – a 22-year-old from Innsbruck, a 21-year-old from Heimenkirch in the Lindau district and a 23-year-old from Raisting in the Weilheim district.
