Crispin Odey was one of the most successful hedge fund managers. Now his London company is on the verge of collapse, more and more customers are withdrawing their money, and there are serious allegations of sexual harassment.
When the allegations first emerged, Crispin Odey acted as if there was no truth to them at all. “Nonsense,” he said in June, denying allegations from 13 women that he had sexually harassed them. But the 13 women were not alone. There are now 20 who have accused Odey, one of London’s most successful hedge fund managers, of sexual assault and harassment.
