Around 300 liters of diesel leaked out of a leak in the fuel line of a locomotive on Thursday and most of it flowed into the Würm. The operations center of the Munich police was informed shortly before noon that there was an oil film in the Würm Canal near Karlsfeld.
A patrol crew found that track work was taking place on a bridge near the Hohe Nadelweg in Allach, including with the help of a construction site locomotive. The fuel that drove in the direction of Karlsfeld came from this.
