Alexis Lebrun wins a superb final against his brother Félix and becomes French table tennis champion for the third time

Alexis Lebrun became French table tennis champion for the third time in a row by winning a magnificent final against his little brother Félix 4 to 2 (11-3, 11-6, 8-11, 9-11, 11-5 , 16-14), Sunday March 24 at the FDI Stadium in Montpellier.

At the end of a magnificent match between the two Montpellier brothers, it was the eldest who became champion of France for a third time in a row (2022, 2023, 2024), maintaining his invincibility against his younger brother, again once beaten in the final of the French Championships, as in 2023.

The magnificent hug

Félix Lebrun fought well, even winning a last set point, but Alexis Lebrun brought his power and experience to bear to win the national title, climbing onto the table at FDI Stadium at the end of the match. Then rushing into her brother’s arms, in tears, to comfort him.
