A few months after the fatal accident in October 2021, camerawoman Halyna Hutchins’ family is reportedly filing a lawsuit against Hollywood star Alec Baldwin.
In this context, the lawyers for the relatives publish an animated video intended to show the course of events.
Baldwin, who served as a lead actor and producer on the film, is expected to stand trial on charges of wrongful death.
According to industry magazine Deadline, the 63-year-old has been accused of “reckless behavior and austerity” that led to the “senseless and tragic death of Halyna Hutchins.”
In the December ABC interview, Baldwin explained his take on the matter: He didn’t pull the trigger on the gun he thought was safe.
Randi McGinn, attorney for Hutchin’s family, believes the case will go to trial in about a year and a half.
