Alain Delon separates from his lawyer, who claims to have been “forbidden” from seeing the actor by his sons

Me Christophe Ayela, for his part, believes that he is no longer “able to carry out his defense mission” after being refused access to his client in Douchy by Alain-Fabien Delon and bodyguards from Anthony Delon.

Me Christophe Ayela, Anouchka Delon’s former lawyer, also no longer defends the actor. In a letter dated Sunday January 21, Alain Delon asks him to no longer represent him, to no longer assist him, and to no longer speak in his name and to “cease any intervention in (his) name”.

“This attitude towards me cannot continue”, we can still read in this letter which BFMTV was able to consult.

Me Christophe Ayela, in a press release dated this Wednesday, January 24, indicates that he is no longer “able to carry out his defense mission”. “Today his son Alain-Fabien and the bodyguards hired by Anthony Delon forbade me from seeing Alain Delon when I went to Douchy at his request,” writes Me Christophe Ayela.

He says he is faced with “pressure” and “threats”

Claiming to have had Alain Delon himself on the phone “a few days ago”, the lawyer assures that his client had nevertheless confirmed his “wish” that he continue “to support him and defend his interests”.

“This Sunday, lawyers made him sign, without my knowledge, a letter written by them putting an end to my mission,” writes Me Christophe Ayela about the letter of January 21.

Denouncing “pressure, threats, accusations and insults, and low-level maneuvers”, the lawyer therefore made the decision to give up defending Alain Delon. On January 15, he indicated that the 88-year-old actor had answered the questions of the doctor responsible for the first medical assessment and that his discernment “was in no way abolished”.

“It is now up to the public prosecutor to do what needs to be done to protect Mr. Alain Delon and preserve his health,” he concludes.

The Delon clan has been torn apart since the beginning of January, when Anouchka Delon announced she was filing a complaint for defamation, slanderous denunciation, threats and harassment against her brother Anthony. The latter accused his sister of having “concealed the distress” in which their father found himself and of not respecting his wishes, namely to live and die in France according to him.
