Airbnb hit: Parisian Moulin Rouge can be booked for the first time

The Moulin Rouge is one of THE attractions in Paris. Those who go on holiday to the French capital often visit the famous red mill in Montmartre – in addition to other sights such as the Eiffel Tower or the Louvre.

Holidaymakers now have the opportunity to get to know the Moulin Rouge better than ever, because the operators of the famous variety theater have joined forces with Airbnb and are offering overnight stays in the historic location for the first time.

The photos from the offer on Airbnb show a lovingly designed room inside the red mill. In addition to a four-poster bed and a historic desk, many small details await visitors that are intended to set the mood for the shows at the Moulin Rouge. According to Airbnb, the space has never been opened to the public.

The program that visitors get with the booking is also extensive: in addition to the actual overnight stay, this also includes a private tour of the backstage area, an aperitif on the romantic roof terrace and a three-course menu as well as a meeting with the dancer and Airbnb -Hostess Claudine Van Den Bergh. Anyone who has always wanted to experience a show at the Moulin Rouge will also have the opportunity to do so: the best seats in the theater are reserved for the guests in the red windmill.

Especially good: You don’t have to dig deep into your pocket for the night. A night at the Moulin Rouge costs just one euro. However, the chances of an overnight stay are correspondingly negligible: the offer should only be available for three overnight stays.
