Aids aid: traveling exhibition in the central library

On the occasion of the annual World AIDS Day on December 1st, Aidshilfe Wuppertal is presenting a traveling poster exhibition in the central library of the public library of the city of Remscheid. The exhibition will be shown from January 9th to February 10th.

Since 1988, December 1st has been a special day worldwide. On this day, actions take place on all continents to raise awareness of HIV and AIDS and to show solidarity with those affected. Around World AIDS Day, we are reminded that the HIV virus is far from being defeated and has been a global catastrophe for years. Not only those responsible in politics, the media and business are called upon to join forces in the fight against AIDS, but everyone can take responsibility for themselves and others. As part of the traveling exhibition, ten posters are now being shown that deal with topics relating to World AIDS Day and address them through questions and answers.

The Aidshilfe Wuppertal exhibition was created in cooperation with Aktion Muteinander and Stadtsparkasse Remscheid for World AIDS Day 2023 and will be held from Tuesday, January 9th to Saturday, February 10th in the Central Library, Scharffstr. 4-6, 42853 Remscheid can be seen.

The exhibition is freely accessible during library opening hours.
