ABBA legend Agnetha Fältskog hasn’t released any new music as a solo artist for ten years. Her new single will be released tomorrow.

This news is sure to delight fans of legendary Swedish supergroup ABBA: singer Agnetha Fältskog (73) announced a new single on her Instagram channel. It is entitled “Where Do We Go From Here?” and will be presented exclusively on the British radio show “Breakfast Show” with Zoe Ball (52) on BBC Radio 2 tomorrow, Thursday (31 August).

New music by Agnetha Fältskog: fans are over the moon

The world premiere of the new song will take place tomorrow at 9:30 a.m. German time on BBC radio, according to an Instagram post shared by Fältskog. The singer had already fueled speculation among her fans last Friday when she posted the then mysterious title of her latest work in gold letters on her newly created, official Instagram channel.

Faltskog, who enjoyed success with ABBA from 1972 to 1982, has not released any new music for ten years now. Her last album with the succinct title “A” was released in 2013 and made it into the top ten of the charts in numerous European countries.

Fältskog’s group ABBA celebrated an impressive comeback in 2021 with the record “Voyage” and live concerts of the same name in London. The band was back on stage together for the first time in almost 40 years – in the form of digital avatars.

Anni-Frid Lyngstad (77), Björn Ulvaeus (78), Benny Andersson (76) and Fältskog announced the dissolution of the group in 1982. In the following decade, Fältskog released music as a solo artist. Whether it’s the single “Where Do We Go From Here?” a new album will follow is not known at the moment.

On Instagram, fans of the singer were enthusiastic about today’s news. “We can’t wait to hear it tomorrow!” one user commented. “It already sounds so good,” writes another about the short passage that can already be heard on the social network from Fältskog’s new song.
