Aggression of Kheira Hamraoui: Aminata Diallo presented to an investigating judge

New twist in the Kheira Hamraoui assault case. This Friday morning, Aminata Diallo was again placed in police custody as part of the ongoing investigation, the Versailles prosecutor’s office told AFP, confirming information from the JDD. The French international, already placed in police custody in this case in November 2021, was referred Friday at the beginning of the afternoon to be presented to an investigating judge for an indictment, reveals the AFP.

In the same case, two men suspected of having participated in the attack were also indicted for “criminal association” and “aggravated violence” against Kheira Hamraoui, the first prosecution in this case. The prosecution has requested provisional detention against them. The two other men implicated, referred during the day, were waiting to appear before the investigating magistrate on Friday at the start of the afternoon.

This Friday, Aminata Diallo was arrested around 6 a.m., when there were about eight hours left in her police custody, which began in November and is legally limited to a total of 48 hours.
