A fight broke out again in the vicinity of the Vaterstetten folk festival. On Monday evening around 11 p.m., a group of young people was walking on the pedestrian path on Johann-Sebastian-Bach-Straße in the direction of Baldhamer Straße. An unknown person came towards the group and took a step back. A 19-year-old from the group thanked him with the words “Merce Mausi” as he passed by. The stranger then kicked the 19-year-old in the lumbar region from behind, and he fell to the ground. The perpetrator then hit him twice in the face with his fist. The 19-year-old was injured and taken to the Ebersberg hospital. Despite a one-hour close-range search, the perpetrator could not be found by the police patrols deployed.
Witnesses describe the thug as about 180 centimeters tall and between 25 and 30 years old, possibly Eastern European. At the time of the crime, the person was wearing a gray T-shirt and dark trousers, probably jogging pants. The wanted person has extremely short dark blond hair.
