Recipe for a quick gnocchi pan with cheese, minced meat and leek
Ingredients for four servings
- 1 stalk of leek
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 onion
- 1 bunch of fresh parsley
- 1 tbsp butter
- 600 g fresh gnocchi
- 3 tbsp olive oil, virgin
- 500 g minced beef
- 1 dash of soy sauce
- 120 ml vegetable broth
- Salt pepper
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp paprika, sweet
- 1 tbsp dried parsley
- 200 g cream cheese
- 100g cheddar

preparation
- Wash the leek and cut into rings. Peel the garlic and onion and chop finely. Wash the parsley, shake dry and chop finely.
- Heat butter in a pan. Add the gnocchi and fry until golden brown. Remove.
- Add olive oil to the pan. Add garlic and onions and sauté briefly. Add the minced meat and fry on high heat until crumbly.
- Add leeks. Deglaze everything with a dash of soy sauce and vegetable broth. Season with salt, pepper, chili and paprika powder and parsley. Stir in the cream cheese well.
- Let everything simmer for about five minutes with the lid closed.
- Then add the pre-fried gnocchi. Let simmer for another 3 minutes. Fold in the cheese.
- Divide onto plates, sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve.
