Recipe for a quick gnocchi pan with cheese, minced meat and leek

Ingredients for four servings

  1. Wash the leek and cut into rings. Peel the garlic and onion and chop finely. Wash the parsley, shake dry and chop finely.
  2. Heat butter in a pan. Add the gnocchi and fry until golden brown. Remove.
  3. Add olive oil to the pan. Add garlic and onions and sauté briefly. Add the minced meat and fry on high heat until crumbly.
  4. Add leeks. Deglaze everything with a dash of soy sauce and vegetable broth. Season with salt, pepper, chili and paprika powder and parsley. Stir in the cream cheese well.
  5. Let everything simmer for about five minutes with the lid closed.
  6. Then add the pre-fried gnocchi. Let simmer for another 3 minutes. Fold in the cheese.
  7. Divide onto plates, sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve.
