A week ago, the mob came to Brasília to invade the holy places of democracy. The worst part isn’t the shattered glass, destroyed artwork and furniture in the Supreme Court, Congress and the Presidential Palace. Worst of all, the rioters didn’t indulge in spontaneous excess. They are convinced they did the right thing.
