The Kremlin reacted with sharp criticism to the visit of the Ukrainian President Zelenskyj in Washington. But it is mainly aimed at the United States. Russia faces an “indirect war” at the hands of the US government.

The US has not spoken out against the “bombing of residential buildings” in the Donbass region, which is partly controlled by pro-Russian separatists.
