After Paris, the “anti-abortion” campaign on the Vélo’v de Lyon

Same typography, same graphic charter and perfect format to be stuck on the mudguards of self-service bicycles in Lyon with a message: “And if you had let it live”. This “anti-abortion” pirate campaign had already been observed in Paris, on Vélib’, three weeks ago. This Monday morning, it was the people of Lyon who had the (bad) surprise of seeing these stickers stuck on the Vélo’v.

Politicians reacted quickly and unanimously condemned this action. The president of the metropolis of Lyon, Bruno Bernard, also indicated that teams were already on site to “remove these damages as quickly as possible”, specifying that “those responsible will be prosecuted”.

This illegal campaign was claimed on social networks by the collective of Survivors, which campaigns against abortion.

Contacted by 20 minutes, the JC Decaux service manager had not yet responded to our requests at the time of publication of these lines.
