Hamburg – So brave and so strong!
500 VIP guests celebrated the 70th anniversary of “Movie meets Media” by party pope Sören Bauer (53) in the fine Hotel Atlantic Hamburg. When the guests had already gathered in the historic hall, a very special guest suddenly appeared on the red carpet!
TV star Jenny Elvers (51)! What an appearance in long red boots, Chanel bag and short black dress. The actress recently confessed to BILD that she had had an alcohol relapse. Police officers discovered her in a Mini in Brandenburg. She had a blood alcohol level of 1.7 and had to hand in her driver’s license on site and take her to the police station.
Sad, because Jenny had been sober for years, but after a TV appearance on the NDR show “DAS” in 2012, she managed to break free from addiction when she sat babbling on the red sofa. In 2018 she dealt with the difficult time in her book “Wackeljahre”.
Now the first appearance on the red carpet after the relapse. Jenny is as beautiful as ever, she has recharged her batteries and is optimistic about the future.
She told BILD: “I’m doing great, I’m here with my son, we’re really looking forward to Christmas. I’ve already put on my Santa Claus boots and they fit quite a bit. We’re having a nice pre-Christmas family evening here. I want to go on holiday next year, spend longer in the sun, probably to the Maldives. I’m filming a lot at the moment, it’s going very well.”
Jenny’s son Paul (22, real estate agent) was always at her side, holding mom protectively in his arms. Strong!
Explosive: Jenny’s ex, singer Marc Terenzi (45), showed up with his beautiful fiancée Verena Kerth (42) – the two of them had also attracted negative attention during one of their last visits to Hamburg because of an alcoholic binge in a hotel.
Verena in the wow outfit with long boots and a see-through neckline says: “Everyone makes mistakes sometimes and we have learned from them…”
Both parties kept a sufficient safe distance – even stayed overnight in the same hotel. Does that bother Jenny? She laughs: “No, if they’re not too loud. I brought earplugs with me as a precaution, you never know…”
Jenny was woken up rudely at the Hotel Atlantic – at 2:29 a.m. by a loud fire alarm! All guests had to leave and a fire brigade and several Peterwagens arrived. According to a fire department spokesman, the fire alarm system went off – fortunately a false alarm! At 2:50 a.m. the guests were allowed to go back to bed.
Jenny to BILD: “It was a huge alarm! We all had to leave the rooms; some people were standing outside in their bathrobes. I quickly put something on. Some of them were still wearing their evening dresses and had probably just returned from the party…”
