AfD trial against the Office for the Protection of the Constitution: Negotiation postponed after flood of applications – politics

The Münster Higher Administrative Court is actually supposed to clarify whether the Office for the Protection of the Constitution is allowed to monitor the party. But the AfD lawyers are initially concentrating on possible informants. The hearing is adjourned.

After more than 17 hours it finally gets to the core of the story. One of the central allegations of the Office for the Protection of the Constitution against the AfD: The party distinguishes between German citizens and “ethnic Germans” – that is, it discriminates against citizens with a migration background. AfD board member Roman Reusch announces three people who will refute all allegations of hostility to migrants against his party: three AfD members with a migrant background.
