Even by AfD standards, Petr Bystron is considered a particularly Russia-friendly figure. Even after Vladimir Putin’s war of aggression against Ukraine, the AfD member of the Bundestag does not believe in sanctions against Russia. He refuses to supply weapons with which the Ukrainians can defend themselves against the invasion.
