Adele is coming to Munich – Munich in 2024 for four exclusive concerts

For a long time it was just a rumor, albeit one confirmed by valid sources, now it’s official: Adele will be coming to Munich this summer. For hundreds of thousands of fans, and not just for one concert. But: on which days exactly? How often? How expensive will it be? And how will you get tickets to the British singer’s concerts?

The wait is now over, most questions have been answered: The organizers Live Nation and Leutgeb Entertainment Group have just announced: “Adele announces exclusive summer shows in Munich.” The “global superstar” will play four times in Munich, on August 2nd, 3rd, 9th and 10th. On the open-air grounds of the Munich Trade Fair, Adele will perform “in an open-air situation that was created exclusively for these special concerts.” The “unique arena” offers a combination of seating, seating and standing room. 80,000 fans can be there every evening.

The singer herself has already written a loving text about it on Instagram in her personal style: A few months ago she was called about a series of summer shows. She hadn’t actually planned anything, but she was “too curious” not to stick with it and pursue this idea: “A unique, tailor-made pop-up stadium, designed around any kind of show that I could want to do? Ohh! A big bang in the middle of Europe? In Munich? Sounds a bit random, but still fabulous!” The timing seems ideal for Adele: “Right after the European Football Championships? Come on England! And with the Olympic Games right next door? Go on Simone! And with some of my favorite artists who are also playing shows?” Whether Adele is the British colleagues of Coldplay means who will be performing in the Olympic Stadium from August 15th to 18th? Anyway, she said: “Yes!!”

Apparently it was important to her to do something other than just appear as a “resident artist” at the Caesars Palace Hotel in Las Vegas, which she will do until June. The Brit is in top form there Los Angeles Times called the show an “exquisite balance of personal storytelling and Las Vegas glitz.” Billboard described them as “completely and breathtakingly spectacular”. Adele writes on Instagram that Munich is “thousands of miles closer to so many people who couldn’t come to Vegas. Plus enough capacity for everyone who wants to come. I couldn’t imagine a better way to spend my summer.”

This is what the pop-up stadium on the exhibition grounds should look like.

At the exclusive European dates in Munich, Adele will appear on mainland Europe for the first time since 2016, writes the organizer. The 50 weekends in Las Vegas and previously a concert in London’s Hyde Park in 2022 were “truly iconic”, now Adele is bringing a different, brand new experience to her European fans.

But how do you get tickets? The organizer writes: Registration to purchase tickets is now open adele.com possible and runs until Monday, February 5th, 6 p.m. Fans will then have access to purchase tickets on Wednesday, February 7th, 10 a.m. Whatever tickets are left will go on general presale on Friday, February 9th at 10 a.m. One question remains unanswered: how much the tickets cost.
