Singer Adele (35, “Hello”) has been struggling with sciatic pain for years. They last performed at their concert series in Las Vegas. The world star lay helpless on the ground.
She now told her fans, according to the British “sun” in a subsequent appearance of the Weekends with Adele series.
“Whole Body Lifted”
It has been known for a long time that the singer suffers from sciatic pain (spreading from the back to the buttocks and thighs to the foot). They now struck at one of their big performances: According to the newspaper, the superstar could no longer move and was lying on the floor behind the scenes.
A member of the production team eventually found her in pain. “They picked my whole body off the floor,” she told her fans in the hall.

Adele took a short break
So, during a weekend performance, she had to take some time off, saying, “I’m going to sit down and rest my sciatica.”
Already on New Year’s Eve, the British woman said that she was in pain. “Right now I have to waddle because I have really bad sciatica.” She told The Face magazine at the end of 2021: “I had my first herniated disc when I was 15 when I had to sneeze. I lay in bed, sneezed, and my fifth disc flew out.”
Even then she said that she had her “sixth herniated disc” in January 2021. “I’ve had back pain for half my life. It keeps flaring up, usually due to stress or a stupid attitude.”
Stress from more shows?
She should have enough stress at the moment. Because the show on the famous Strip was expanded again in March by 34 concerts. Adele: “Playing in front of 4,000 people for 34 nights isn’t enough and I know that, so I’ll be back.”
Performances are currently planned until November 4th. If you don’t want to travel to America especially for this, you should be able to watch the concert series as a film later.
World star wants to graduate from university
The singer definitely has plans for the time after the performances, as she revealed last year, according to the Sun: “After Vegas, I really want to get a degree in English literature. I wish I had gone to university back then.”
It remains to be seen whether Adele will allow her body to relax more for the time being…
