Adele misses being married: In an interview with the musician John Mayer, the singer spoke about her divorce and revealed why she would still advise everyone to marry.
Adele has been through a divorce and sings about the pain about it in her new album, but she would still go to the aisle again and again – and she also advises her musician colleague John Mayer to get married. The two discussed this during a recording for a radio show on the US broadcaster SiriusXM Hits 1.
Mayer, who has been single for a long time and is considered a heartbreaker, asked the singer whether he should get married. “Oh, yes! You should get married. I think marriage is an unbelievable thing. I know that some people probably think I’ve given up. But no, I think you should,” replied the 33-year-old . After seven years of relationship, Adele married entrepreneur Simon Konecki in 2018, and their son Angelo was born in October 2012. But in 2019 the marriage broke up, as she recently told Vogue. The separation was very difficult for her because she had to explain to her son why she and Konecki are no longer a couple.

Even so, she remains optimistic about love. “I can’t really say why, but I’m open to remarrying. This feeling of being married – that was the safest feeling I’ve ever had in my life.
