Penélope Cruz can soon be seen in an agent thriller in the cinema. In her private life, she doesn’t think much of daring actions.
For Hollywood star Penélope Cruz, there are more important things than being a heroine. “To be honest, I tend to run away when things get tough,” said the 47-year-old to “Bunte” magazine.
Cruz said she chose her role in the action thriller “The 355” consciously. “The woman has a strong personality, but she doesn’t want to put herself in physical danger, she prefers to go home to her family. That would also be my reaction. “
In “The 355” a group of women come together to save the world. In addition to Cruz, Diane Kruger, Lupita Nyong’o, and Jessica Chastain play. Cruz’s character, a Colombian psychologist, must first be persuaded by the others to join them. The agent thriller hits theaters on January 6th.
