Children saved, pets dead: actress Caterina Scorsone was on fire. She reports about it on Instagram.
‘Grey’s Anatomy’ actress Caterina Scorsone has released a dramatic statement following a fire at her home. The fire broke out “a few months” ago, the 41-year-old reported on Monday (local time) on her Instagram profile. When she was getting her children ready for bed, she noticed the smoke. “I had about two minutes to get my three children out of the house and we escaped with less than our shoes on. But we escaped,” Scorsone wrote alongside a photo of inside her burned home.
She was unable to save her four pets, the post continues. “We are still heartbroken by this loss, but we are lucky that we were able to love her at all.” The actress also published several photos of her three cats and her dog.
Scorsone plays Dr. Amelia Shepherd. Fans can stream season 19 on Disney+ from April 17 – there will be a new episode every week. ProSieben always shows the respective episode on television a week later.
