Actor and musician Nick Cannon is expecting his eighth child – this time model Bre Tiesi is the mother.
The US actor and rapper Nick Cannon (41) becomes a father again. He is expecting a son with model Bre Tiesi, said the 41-year-old on his “Nick Cannon Show”.
He also showed a photo of the couple at the baby shower where they found out the sex of their child. Cannon and Tiesi both wear white and are surrounded by blue and pink balloons.
The road to this announcement was “very difficult” for him, said Cannon. His youngest son Zen, whose mother is model Alyssa Scott, died in December at the age of five months. “I’ve known about Bre’s pregnancy for a while, even before Zen died,” Cannon said on the show. He and Tiesi initially deliberately did not share the message.
After Cannon’s announcement on TV, Tiesi shared a video of the baby shower on Instagram. “Mom and Dad can’t wait to meet you,” she wrote. Zen’s mother also responded to her ex-partner’s announcement: It was painful that her son was part of the conversation, she wrote on Instagram. However, she has made her peace and will not judge, she said.
Cannon already has twins (10) with ex-wife Mariah Carey, and a son (4) and daughter (1) with model Brittany Bell. Before Zen’s birth, he fathered twins again in 2021. Their mother is DJane Abby De La Rosa.
