“Darius Rochebin welcomes the seriousness of the investigation carried out in Switzerland, the conclusions of which confirm what he said from day one,” the journalist’s lawyer, Antoine Vey, told AFP. “After a waiting period of six months, the conclusions of the Swiss investigation allow the situation to be definitively clarified. Remember that Darius Rochebin is not the subject of any legal proceedings, ”he added.

In a long investigation, Time, the leading daily newspaper in Switzerland, had described in detail the acts of harassment and “inappropriate behavior” within the RTS committed by several senior officials. The report confirms the acts committed by two other employees of the Swiss group. “One of the employees left the company; the other received a formal sanction, ”he noted.
