A drunken man who crashed his car into a parked van caused a proud damage of around 7,500 euros. According to the police, the 50-year-old was traveling at Karwendelplatz in Baldham on Thursday night when the accident happened. No one was injured, but the man’s car was no longer drivable.
However, criminal proceedings await him, since the officials not only noticed a strong smell of alcohol when they recorded the accident, but also that the driver did not have a valid driver’s license. An alcohol test revealed a value of over 1.1 per mille.
