Accident: flown out of the curve on black ice – district of Munich

A driver from Berlin was apparently surprised by the black ice on Thursday evening near Taufkirchen. As reported by the police, the 51-year-old drove off the A 995 motorway at the Sauerlach junction and did not get the curve. According to the police, he was driving too fast for the wintry road conditions, so that he lost control of his vehicle in the long right-hand bend of the exit and shot straight off the road. He was stopped by a few bushes and trees and fortunately remained uninjured. The damage to his vehicle was not yet known. The car had to be towed. In addition to the patrol of the Holzkirchen motorway police station, the Hohenbrunn motorway maintenance department was also deployed. The police asks all road users to adapt their driving to the wintry road conditions. Suddenly occurring, slippery road sections must always be expected, especially at the motorway junctions.
