A young adult was violently attacked by a 13-year-old acquaintance in Montpellier. Invited to the home of the second, whom she had met a few times in the evening, the young woman was the victim of an ambush, explains Free Midday.
On site, after discussing, the minor suggested that he smoke cannabis in the basement. It was there, in the common areas of the building, that she allegedly beat her up, accusing her of stealing clothes during a party, before robbing her. The scene was filmed by a 15-year-old accomplice and broadcast on social networks.
The two minors were presented this Wednesday to the juvenile prosecutor’s office for aggravated violence, extortion and dissemination of images relating to acts of violence. They were released with a ban on contact with the victim, pending their summons to appear in court.
