The cadet, named Maximilien, told our colleagues from BFM TV that this marriage proposal had required two months of preparation, specifying that he wished to make his request on July 14 “for the honor of the event”. “Paris is my city, the Champs-Elysées, the city of light… It’s just extraordinary,” he explained to BFM TV.
“Our teams discussed with him and touched by his story, went to look for his girlfriend on the other side of the fence so that he could make his marriage proposal in plume mode, in Army mode”, specified the Ministry of the Armed Forces in Figaro. “It was very impressive, I didn’t expect it at all. I wanted to do this discreetly with friends. But in the end, it took on a little more importance ”, recognized the young man on BFM TV. If we don’t hear his partner’s voice in the video, their kiss leaves little doubt about his response.
