The macabre discovery was made at the end of the afternoon. On Sunday, the body of a young man was found by firefighters in a ditch in Couffé (Loire-Atlantique). According to the departmental fire and rescue service (Sdis), the victim was in cardiorespiratory arrest, and could not be saved. According to the first findings, it was a young man of about twenty years.
According to the newspaper Press-Ocean, the autopsy made it possible to learn more about the circumstances of the death, by dismissing in any case the criminal track: no trace of blows or collision with a car was noted. “A possible excessive consumption of alcohol” could be the cause of the death of this young man, who was walking home at the time of the tragedy. He had spent the evening in a municipal hall, where a party was organized.
