New sexual assault in Paris. This sordid affair took place in the Batignolles district in the 17th arrondissement, on the night of Wednesday to Thursday. A homeless person allegedly sexually abused a woman in her 50s while she was in his building, according to The Parisian.
When she woke up, the man was pulling up his pants.
As she was returning to her home, she noticed a man who seemed to have settled in the hall of her building. After asking her to leave, the man would have rushed on her in order to strangle her until she lost consciousness. When she came to her senses, the 50-year-old was partially undressed and her attacker was pulling up her pants. She started screaming, the suspect immediately fled.
The victim warned friends to tell them what had just happened to him. The police were quickly alerted, the complainant’s clothes were apprehended to find traces and clues. Subsequently, she was sent to the forensic emergency room to be examined and determine the exact nature of the attack. Investigators from the first judicial police district (DPJ) were responsible for this investigation and will question the victim on Thursday.
