A woman filed a complaint for rape against a VTC driver on Sunday August 14, learned Le Figaro from the Nanterre public prosecutor’s office, confirming information from Parisian . An investigation entrusted to the Hauts-de-Seine judicial police (SDPJ92) is underway, the prosecution tells us.
According to our colleagues from Parisian, the facts took place in Levallois-Perret (Hauts-de-Seine), Sunday August 14. The police went at the end of the morning to the home of a woman assuring them that she had been raped by an “Uber” driver. She explained that she returned home around 5 a.m. using the services of this application and then woke up at home at 9 a.m. when her driver was raping her. The victim was taken to hospital for medical examinations.

Another similar case took place recently in Paris, as revealed to you Le Figaro sunday. A woman reported being raped by a VTC driver, shortly before 5am, at the corner of rue Simon-le-franc and rue du Temple (Paris 4th). The passenger, who had just called the driver to go home, was allegedly forced to perform fellatio and masturbation on him. The suspect was arrested.
