On Twitter, a banner written in English is taken at face value by some Internet users, while others seriously question its veracity. We can read the indication: “Covid-19 vaccines can be carried out here, no appointment necessary”, followed by a box on a white background stating: “Do not forget to donate the organs of your children”.

If this addition prevents distinguishing, on the bottom of the banner, the name of the establishment offering this service, the latter remains clearly visible on the original version of the photograph. We thus discover that it is the Mass General Brigham, a network of hospitals and health professionals based in Boston (United States).
A reverse search can go up to several screenshots a video from the National American Football League from July 2021 dedicated to the home team of the New England Patriots.
From 1’55, we see the famous banner with the inscription “Covid-19 vaccines achievable here, no need for an appointment”. The famous box on a white background includes the Spanish translation of this information, so it does not mention organ donation.
