A USB key and memory cards seized during a search of the couple’s home

Indicted and imprisoned since Friday in the investigation into the murder of his wife Delphine, Cédric Jubillar made a brief return on Tuesday to his house in Cagnac-les-Mines. He accompanied the gendarmes of the Toulouse research section in a new search of the premises. The information released this Wednesday by The Parisian was confirmed to AFP by the lawyer for husband Jean-Baptiste Alary. “I confirm the entry of a USB key and camera cards”, clarified the advice of Cédric Jubillar. Which, according to The Parisian, was exactly what investigators were looking for, who went so far as to describe the search as “successful”.

Delphine Jubillar has not given any sign of life since the night of December 15 to 16, 2020. Despite the indictment of her husband for “murder on a spouse” on the basis of what the Toulouse public prosecutor designates as “ serious and concordant clues ”, his body has still not been found. And Cédric Jubillar proclaims his innocence.

A request for the annulment of the indictment

His lawyer confirms this Wednesday that he is waiting “to obtain a copy of the file” before filing a motion for nullity of the indictment of his client. “At this stage of the case, without a body, without knowing the origins of a death which we do not know until the reality, to retain an intention of homicide is astounding”, had already underlined Jean-Baptiste Alary Friday.

The lawyer also intends to appeal soon the provisional detention of Cédric Jubillar. The latter now sleeps in an individual cell in the Seysses remand center, near Toulouse.
