A man was killed by gunfire this Saturday in Valence, avenue de Chabeuil, around 9:30 a.m. The road was blocked to traffic on a small portion between the Kergomard school and the junction to the Institution Notre Dame, so as not to hinder the investigations. The victim is a man in his thirties, known to both the police and the justice system in Valencia for acts related to drug trafficking.. He does not speak of settling accounts, but of “methods of organized crime”.
The homicide did not take place in the Priority Security Zone squared by large numbers of police and CRS for the whole weekend.
