A scooter robber steals between 2 and 3 million euros from the Chaumet jewelry store

The robber, who came on a scooter, burst into the famous jewelry store around 5 p.m. with a handgun and was given jewelry and precious stones, without violence, before setting off again on a scooter, the same source added. .

An open flagrance investigation

“An investigation of flagrance of the robbery with a weapon” was opened and the investigations were entrusted to the Brigade for the repression of banditry (BRB), the Paris prosecutor’s office told AFP.
