Numerous theaters and other cultural institutions are planning various activities in the run-up to the European elections, several local elections and the three state elections in autumn. With these they want to campaign for democracy and an open, liberal society. For this purpose, the cultural alliance “The Many” has initiated the nationwide “Shield & Shine” campaign, which is directed against the “normalization of right-wing extremist politics in democratic parliaments”.
