In the cockpit, the triggering of an alarm suggesting that one of the two engines of the Airbus A320 was on fire forced the pilots to make an emergency landing in Lyon, reports Nice morning. A spokesperson confirmed to 20 minutes that there was indeed “a diversion” of flight EJU1638 due to a “technical cause”. In Lyon, an “inspection” was carried out. “Nothing to report”, concluded the technicians.
