A middle school and a high school evacuated this Thursday after bomb threats

Two schools were targeted by bomb threats this Thursday morning in Nîmes (Gard), reports France Bleu Gard Lozere. The students of the Romain-Rolland college and the Alphonse-Daudet high school had to be evacuated, as a precaution, while the police carried out checks within two establishments.

According to the station’s website, the college received a suspicious phone call this Thursday morning, while the high school was the recipient of a questionable email. Finally, the search carried out by the police made it possible to avert any danger, and the students were able to return to their classes. Investigations are underway to try to find the authors of these false alerts.
