A man in police custody in the Tessa case, killed by a driver in 2018

The investigation may have taken a turn in the Tessa case, fatally mowed down more than four years ago in the Nantes vineyard by a fleeing driver. According to information from West Francea man was taken into custody on Tuesday afternoon in the premises of the gendarmerie in Rezé, near Nantes.

This 17-year-old young woman, a student in a vocational school, was found dead in a ditch in Saint-Julien-de-Concelles on December 20, 2019, in the evening. She was walking home, along an unlit road that had no sidewalk, after being dropped off at a bus stop. She died as a result of head trauma, likely after being hit by a vehicle.

His mother had just testified on M6

No leads have since been found by investigators. The prosecution had ended up closing the case for lack of a suspect, last December. To try to get the truth, teenage girl’s mother testified on the show Call for witnesses, broadcast on M6 about ten days ago. She had asked the driver to surrender.
