Some 85,000 euros were hidden in a trinket in the middle of bulky items. This is the discovery made by a man, Thursday evening on a sidewalk in Mérignac, in the suburbs of Bordeaux (Gironde),

The man decided to bring the object, an elephant, and the tickets that were in it, to the Bordeaux police station in the evening. An investigation was opened and entrusted to the departmental security, to try to find traces of the individuals who handled the tickets, and to understand how this jackpot got there.
