A fire ravaged in a short time seven hectares of vegetation between Allauch and Marseille, in the Bouches-du-Rhône, learned 20 minutes with the firefighters, confirming information from Provence. Help arrived at the scene of the disaster, route d’Allauch, around 10 a.m. on Tuesday morning. The flames had quickly swept through the area due in particular to a sustained mistral.

At the time of writing, the fire has been brought under control by the 160 marine firefighters on site, who are flooding the area. To overcome this fire, two Canadairs were requisitioned, as well as about 70 machines. On Twitter, the socialist mayor of Marseille Benoît Payan calls to avoid the area of Valentine, a district of Marseille.
