A house blown up by an explosion, possible victims searched in the rubble

The explosion occurred last night from Sunday to Monday, shortly after three in the morning. A two-story house, on sale for more than a year, was completely destroyed during an explosion in Moutiers (Meurthe-et-Moselle). Emergency services have since been looking for one or two people due to the presence of a vehicle not belonging to the owner of the house and parked in front of the house reduced to a mountain of rubble, reports Republican East.

In the early morning, there was devastation for local residents, some of whom had been evacuated from their homes for a few hours. Some were also damaged, sometimes covered with debris from the exploded house.

A primary school, located barely 200 meters away, was closed and serves as a rear base for emergency services. It is advisable to avoid the area while police officers as well as teams from GRDF and Enedis are mobilized.
