A man opened fire on Tuesday at a kindergarten in the Ulyanovsk region of central Russia, killing several children, according to Russian news agencies.
“A gunman walked into a kindergarten and opened fire. According to preliminary data, two children died,” a source within the emergency services told the public agency TASS. The Interfax agency evokes, for its part, four killed.
